The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) of Northern Ohio held their Annual Installation & Awards Ceremony at the headquarters of Plants & Blooms. At the start of the event, attendees had a delightful time walking through the venue viewing the floral displays. Before the ceremony, members of IREM mingled and reconnected. Everyone had the opportunity to make succulent plants, provided by Plants & Blooms. Andy Fernandez, IREM Board Member also performed live with his band Steady Groove. The live music as well as the collection of floral arrangements made for a warm and welcoming atmosphere!
After the opening reception, Michael Corcoran led the Installation & Awards event. CPM of the year was presented to Lindsay Coe CPM and Ray Fogg Corporate Properties. Erin Renee Griffith of Summit Building Services received the Rising Start Award. John Brezine of ServiceMaster CDR received the special recognition Award. Finally, Todd Silverman of Plantscaping & Blooms received Industry Partner of the Year. Awards were also distributed to members including Stephen Matsko, Emily Dennis, Dan Last, and many more. After the ceremony, the music and celebration continued. We had a wonderful time at the Annual Installation & Awards Ceremony, and we cannot wait until next year!
