As the year comes to a close, BOMA Greater Cleveland held their 109th Annual Meeting at the Music Box Supper Club in the Cleveland Flats riverfront district. This year’s meeting was first presented by current Chair, Kevin Ballish of NAI Pleasant Valley. Kevin recapped the year by sharing membership and financial updates, events held this year, partner recognition, special recognition and much more. Bill McCarthy of 5-4 Commercial Real Estate delivered a very special recognition of Mr. Tom Kroth CPR, RPA, Millennia Commercial Group, who was awarded a lifetime BOMA Membership. Mr. Kroth announced his retirement earlier this year but extended his time to include the Annual Dinner. After a very distinguished career, we wish Mr. Kroth a wonderful and fun-filled retirement.
Kevin passed the microphone to the Chair Elect for 2024 Laban Zurowski of Progressive company. Laban discussed plans for 2024, education and community plans, advocacy and ROI and the expansion of BOMA Greater Cleveland. We are excited to see the impact Laban will make this upcoming year. The meeting came to an end, but the evening was not over. Hors d’oeuvres were served where we had the opportunity to mingle with new and familiar faces. This year’s Annual Dinner was spectacular, and we are honored to be Signature Partners for BOMA Greater Cleveland. We look forward to what 2024 will bring!
